Benjamin Moore has repeated its ranking as highest in customer satisfaction with interior paint in the J.D. Power and Associates 2012 Interior Paint Satisfaction Study.
The company outperformed 13 other paint brands, receiving an index score of 790 on a 1,000-point scale. It was also cited for good performance in three of the study factors: application, offerings and durability. Now in its sixth year, the J.D. Power and Associates consumer study on interior paint satisfaction was based on more than 8,000 respondents who purchased and applied interior paint within the previous 12 months.
"It's a tremendous honor to receive this esteemed recognition for the second year in a row," said Denis Abrams, president and CEO of Benjamin Moore, in a press release. "The voice of the consumer has spoken through J.D. Power and Associates, and we are grateful to know that our company-wide dedication to produce an incomparable performance paint is so widely acknowledged and appreciated."
Benjamin Moore topped the brand rankings of the study's inaugural release in 2007. Its interior paint line includes Aura, which is low-VOC, and zero-VOC Natura.
