Micro-LoftSpecht Harpman, creator of the zeroHouse, has recently completed a new concept in small living -- the Manhattan Micro-Loft.

It is a project that shows just how comfortable 425 square feet can be. 

It was recently featured in the New York Times, and has now been nominated as one of five finalists in the Architizer A+ Awards.
