TightLines Designs

TightLines Designs is about Small Homes for BIG LIVING. Our home plans are highly functional, energy efficient, green, sustainable, wonderfully affordable and create a more enjoyable living experience.

TightLines Designs homes have been:

  • Constructed all over the nation
  • Integrated into many new sustainable communities
  • Used as historic infill housing and as part of urban revitalization
  • Appreciated by downsizing retirees that want to downsize
  • Embraced by young families

All TightLines home plans tread lightly on the planet’s environment while creating healthier interior environments. From all the knowledge we've gained from our experience with construction techniques and various certification processes, we've built up a vast library of green opportunities to make your home as healthy, energy efficient, and sustainable as possible. Every set of construction drawings includes a sheet of 'Green Opportunities' - suggestions and recommendations that serve as guidelines to make your home live better and be better for the environment.

With a portfolio of over 150 plans ranging from 1000 to 1600 square feet, all of which have the construction drawings completed, it’s easy and economical to select a design that meets your needs. And since the construction drawings are already completed, the digital file can be e-mailed to you the same day.
