Quality you can afford. Typical fees for a custom design can be costly for a single home, but since we have been able to develop a stock portfolio, our pricing is affordable especially given the additional value we provide.  We will also gladly make modifications to our existing home designs for your specific needs or to assist you in creating a unique design.
