All construction drawings include a ‘Green Opportunities’ sheet—a compilation of recommendations that serve as guidelines to make homes live better and be better for the environment. Home plans also comply with a number of national and local green certification programs including LEED and ENERGY STAR 3.0.

With a portfolio of over 150 single family plans ranging from 900 to 1600 square feet, it is easy and economical to select a design that meets your needs—often at a fraction of the price! The ready-to-build construction drawings can be easily modified to address the needs of the disabled through accessible and universal design practices. And since the designs are already completed, digital files can typically be e-mailed the same day.
