Unlike conventional switches, the Decorator switches use energy-harvesting radio-frequency technology. The simple act of turning a switch “ON” or “OFF” generates enough energy to transmit radio signals to any number of linked receivers within range (up to 300 feet). Each switch can be mounted or moved to virtually any new location at any time to satisfy changes in home décor. In addition, every dimmable light source assigned to a Verve controller and linked to the Decorator switch can be dimmed. Control is instant and wireless.
