Luxury downtown apartment living just got greener with the opening of the Joseph Arnold Lofts in downtown Seattle.

The complex is the first high-rise project in the state to receive the Green Globes environmental certification.

"We're thrilled to have once again set a new standard for high-quality, green building in Seattle and to see residents responding so favorably," said Mark Schuster, founder and CEO of The Schuster Group, developers of the project.
The 131-unit, 13-story new residential building offers a wide range of green living features the appeal to the Seattle market, including a return to urban living.
"Seattle is experiencing an increasing number of people who want the option to live downtown in a high-end residential building – but don't necessarily want to own a condo. This evolution is a natural part of the downtown fabric in larger cities like New York, Chicago or San Francisco," Schuster said.
