Product Spotlight: New GE Café French door refrigerator

The Good: This redesigned French-door refrigerator has more ice storage in the door.

The Bad: All that ice storage is pricey. But it's perfect for parties.

The Bottom Line: The newly redesigned GE Café line is eye-catching and makes the kitchen as beautiful as it is practical.

MSRP: $2,599 - $2,799fridge

The GE Café line of kitchen appliances has garnered plenty of attention since its 2007 debut. The line has now been updated, and one of the redesigned products is a free-standing French-door refrigerator with more ice storage in the door.

The refrigerator is available in a 25.1 cu. ft. version (Model CFSP5RKBSS), and a 20.7 cu. ft. counter-depth option (Model CFCP1NIZSS). The counter-depth style gives a built-in look without the added expense, by fitting into surrounding cabinetry for a flush appearance.
