Debut of Green Gab – a podcast about women and green homes
Want a greener home and aren’t sure where to start? Green Gab - the podcast for gabbing with women rocking it in green – green homes, green living and green companies will help you get started! Listen to our first episode on the Green Gab feed.
Join me in welcoming guests Lorilee and Stacy. Lorilee Cummings of Keller Williams Realty, has over 20 years of real estate experience. Stacy Isermann is co-owner of STL Rent A Box, the convenient, zero-waste package moving solution. The three of us get the green conversation started by talking about how easy and inexpensive it can be to take actions in a green direction, especially when buying or building a home and moving. Women, who are often the ones who do the research and make decisions for the home, have a real influence on greening their homes for themselves and their families. Our random fun fact of the day is that research is showing that baby boomers are often the key drivers of green homes, not just millennials.
In our next episode we will talk about why a green home matters and what kind of stuff makes it green. Get the gab weekly with women in green from around the country and our hometown of St. Louis, Missouri. We will share what we’ve done, as well as tips for greening up your home, your job, your family and your life! Get in on the gab for why green matters – to you, your family and friends and your community.
