NAHB IBS: Vegas bound

Are you ready for Vegas? And no, I'm not talking about a junket to play slot machines. It's nearly time for the NAHB's International Builders' Show (IBS) on Jan. 22-24 at the Las Vegas Convention Center. ProudGreenHome is attending.

Everyone at ProudGreenHome is always interested in meeting readers and finding out the latest green news, so please email us if you'll be attending and we'll set up a time to chat.

This year's IBS is expected to be one of the biggest in recent years, with green building included for the first time, with a Green Day set for January 23, with green programming all day and the NAHBGreen awards being given out that evening at EcoDisco.

Other education events include the 2013 Housing & Economic Outlook, 25 Ways to Become a Profit-Oriented Builder, and a Benefit Analysis of Modular Construction.

Of course, if you also want to play a few slots when no one is looking, I won't tell. And if you still need to register, just go the NAHB website.
