Ottawa homeowner tells all on installed radiant heating system

After three years of experiencing the effects of a radiant heating system an Ottawa homeowner responds to the manufacturer, STEP Warmfloor.

“It continues to be a hit for our family.  Winter has never felt better under our feet,” says Robert, adding, “If we ever move we will certainly put this radiant system in again.  Only next time I would consider the whole house, even under the hardwood floors.”

Friends were amazed that the radiant heating elements were even installed under the kitchen floor tile.  The 3/64” thick element causes no significant effect on the floor height and cabinets.  And the wide format on the elements provide even heat distribution.  Another benefit the homeowner likes is that when sunshine warms an area, the heating element backs off in that area while providing constant temperature in other areas not affected by the sunshine.
