Use Plants to Improve Your Indoor Air Quality

Due to toxins contained in cleaning products, paint, and in other items found in the home, the EPA estimates that indoor air quality is form 5 to 10 times more polluted than the air outside. NASA, in a study on house plants, found that indoor plants can remove toxins and help purify indoor air.
