Front control range fits in freestanding or slide-in applications
For homeowners and building professionals looking for a new freestanding range to fit an existing cabinet installation, there's a new option for a front control range.
Whirlpool has launched a line of premium front control ranges that incorporate the Flex Install (FIT) System.
Designed to reduce labor time and installation costs for builders and remodelers, Whirlpool Corporation FIT System premium front control ranges can accommodate any existing freestanding range cutout1 thanks to their full-depth design.
“In the past, slide-in ranges needed a custom cutout, requiring costly modifications, and were not always easy for our industry partners to install,” said Bob Bergeth, general manager, builder sales at Whirlpool Corporation. “The FIT System premium front control ranges alleviate those issues; allowing builders and remodelers to save time and money, satisfy homeowners and move on to the next job.”
The premium front control ranges join the FIT System line of appliances that includes wall ovens and range hoods. Each is designed to help professionals reduce labor costs while also offering consumer-pleasing designs and features. The FIT System wall ovens and new ranges also come with the assurance of a limited guarantee.
“With the new premium front control ranges, the FIT System by Whirlpool Corporation line now features three distinct kitchen offerings, each inspired by the needs of professionals in the field,” Bergeth said.
